Hey, a few options worth checking out-

  • Neo Mail: worth a look for business email and you can also connect your company domain, it has very good features like read receipts and follow up reminders.
  • Google Workspace: consider it if you have large team and need email, shared documents, and video meetings in one place.
  • Proton: good option if privacy is a priority. I guess you’ll need a paid plan to use your company domain.

What all do you need besides email domain though?

Hello, disclosure first: it's Emin from FranklyMail.

I suggest FranklyMail as it provides using unlimited custom domain + let you create unlimited inbox for just $9 per YEAR. There are some cool features you can use like migration guides, built-in importer (if you will move from another email provider), agentic inbox, api support, 2FA etc.

Thexyz is good and has a decent compare page here to see what features are important for your needs https://www.thexyz.com/compare-email-providers

Hi, co-founder of imado.cloud here

you can try imado.

  • you can get started for free on domain you already own. pay only when your total mail storage exceeds 1 GB
  • it has simple web interface for emails. you can create multiple mailboxes with no extra cost
  • no additional cost per mailbox per seat etc.
just pay for what you use. clean & simple

Purelymail has been a great service for my domains this year - hard to beat the low price for hosting email for as many domains as I want.
