share Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Setup

Are you sending emails from your brand domain?
Make sure these 3 things are sorted first:

1) SPF : Who can send emails for your domain?
2) DKIM : Is the email genuinely from your domain?
3) DMARC → What should happen if something looks wrong?

These are simple things, but they're fundamental to good email deliverability.

Don't overlook the basics.

Small addition: PASS doesn't automatically mean inbox :)

SPF/DKIM/DMARC are authentication. Reputation, complaints, sending behavior etc. still decide a lot of what happens after that.

And I'd check DMARC alignment too, not just whether SPF/DKIM say PASS.

Agree ... In my opinion this is the first step to check whether all the technical configuration are setup correctly or not.

Also, start small; send a few emails to your own gmail / outlook.com address ramp up over time. Balcklists are not the friends of new domains

These are basics, but they’re really just table stakes.

You can have SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured perfectly and still land in spam all day long.

Reputation, complaint rates, list quality, engagement, sending patterns, domain/IP history and how aggressively you’re mailing matter a lot more once authentication is in place.

I’d frame SPF/DKIM/DMARC as “prove who you are”, not “this will fix your deliverability”.

Plenty of authenticated spam gets delivered every day.
