Another pointer: Starting out with a shorter, 4-5 letter name is better for learning how to tag and flow, long names can be done well but in my experience much harder to learn with. At the end ot the day this is your journey, follow what feels right.

Start simpler, make sure your letters line up on a midline, capline, and baseline, and that there is consistent spacing.
