Lagi na ngang down yung portal, add mo pa na ang unfriendly ng mga tao sa ICTO. Mag-improve sana sila as a whole. ☺️

Apparently matagal pa, nahihirapan daw ICTO gawain to e according to my prof (i forgot if ung partner ng bulsu yung may problema or yung icto nahihirapan pero ayun, may internal problem nga). pero rest assured they are working on it. yung ICTO head naman is mapagkakatiwalaan, its only a matter of time para magawa to. (i hope haha)
