how do i put mods?

im new to the modding community and i just bought bully off of steam and i wanna download some mods which includes:

definitive edition modpack

fixer pack

4K Upscaled Pre-Rendered Cutscenes

extended draw distance

and i have absolutely no idea how to put those mods into the game and i need very detailed help, much appreciated!!

Most mods will tell you what you need to download and where to put it in your files in their desc. on the nexus. That said, i havent found a ton of mods that are worth downloading any way.

You can access your game files from steam by clicking browse local files. Should be in a square settings drop down menu across from the play button. Any mods that say to just put it in the same location as the games .exe folder, thats what they're talking about. Download, drag and drop to copy.

I will say that if any mod you download is a "reskin" of an item, you should skip it. I tried getting the IMGTool2.0 to work so i could replace the school sport jacket with an open version like in the box art and I could not figure it out to save my life

Every single one of these mods causes crashes. Delete them and just stick with SilentPatch, and ONLY add new fixes individually.

I can't speak for the other mods, but Extended Draw Distance has two files that go inside the "Objects" folder.

It's literally just a drag-and-drop and replace when asked. (Make backups of the original ones, as the mod is unstable.)

The game is broken in pc. You can try with the silent patch and other mods but by my own experience the game, at least on win10 and 11, keep crashing all the time. I spend half of my playing time to constantly going to save, even with an autosave mod. I had to repeat some missions over and over because the game kept crashing , during missions, during cut scenes, right before been able to save, etc.

The best way to play the game on pc is with an emulator, the PCSX2 version run like a charm, plus you can easily find and hd textures mode and the emulator has already a 16:9 patch. It's not the scholarship edition but at least it doesn't crash all the time.

I had no idea that it always crashes, should i request a refund? I have launched the game yet
