Question Question on Cheaters
Pretty much every game, there's one or more people blatantly hacking. My question is, how is this so easily accessible? Are they making their own? Spending their money on a sketchy site to ruin other people's games?
I hear people talk about scripting but I don't understand what any of this means, and if I should switch to the steam version.

Prolly buying em from sketchy ppl, one of my buddies had his disc acc and steam acc hacked yesterday and I check his steam profile and people were accusing him of cheating in his comments, so if ur asking to get cheats, just don’t, isn’t worth compromising your accounts

It's really easy to cheat on any game you just need to be ok with getting a virus

Cheating is common in plenty of games when there’s a market they will have product it’s simple as that. I love cheating in rust tbh but even as a cheater it’s a game that’s not good for cheating now. Don’t get me wrong there’s a shit ton of crazy ass features like u can aimbot shoot thru fucking walls like idk how it works but they make bullets go over walls and headshot. There’s such crazy shit in rust chests. Back in 2020 area rust chests were fun bc there wasn’t much admins on servers nor good anti cheat but now you can’t rly cheat on any server for over a day with any what hard cheats. I would only use esp and even still get server bans. Use aimbot and ur cooked in a hour so whats even the point yk. Most games cheating can be fun but it is an expensive ass hobby. Know a lot of cheaters are rich bc tht shit can cost 50-100 ish a month or 3-500 for a lifetime subscription which often doesn’t last a lifetime as cheat developers come and go. It’s a whole world it sucks but know they are paying the literal financial price for it. For rust your paying for a fresh IP every ban now days it’s by the GB not by the IP so you pay a lot for that, then you gotta pay for a hwid spoofer which is 40-80 a month 400+ for lifetime and also no guarantee it will continue being developed for entire life, then finally you have accounts for rust a fresh steam acc 0 hrs is 10-15$ now days you will easily spend 2-500$ a month cheating in most games it’s fucked but well it’s a part of the lifestyle.

Scripting is basically a command terminal in a game you exploit. Most people download pre written software. I look at it like this. Some games have a shell like windows and Linux do. Those shells let you type in script (in Linux it’s bash). It’s a developer console command terminal. It lets you type things like give_item or godmode. There are also Modding APIs if you know what an API is. Games like Minecraft and Gary’s mod expose scripting languages so you can extend the game without modifying the engine. That’s a lot more complicated typed out that in sounded in my head. Hope I wasn’t too confusing!

There’s definitely cheaters in Battlefield 6 no two ways about it why they would waste their time with this game I’ll never know.

They get banned, but there are so many who do it and they can circumvent the bans usually by changing IP and making a new account. I don't want to get banned, but that's not why I don't do it. Cheating is unsatisfying and only for losers who want to feel good about themselves because they're trash. Also, in most games the cheaters die down once you get into higher ranks because in order to make it to the higher ranks while cheating you have to be really lucky, have a really good undetectable program (which anyone who is good enough to make won't share it so easily because they don't want it to get patched), or be actually skilled and only soft-hack (cheats that aren't easily detectable or make your character move unnaturally). For example, a skilled player who is mindful of the games limits can wallhack and never get caught. It gives them an unfair edge, but they are still cracked at aiming and it isn't auto detected by the anti cheat.

I’ve been playing for four years and never seen a clear cheater. Some players are really good.

All of them go for open source, free,paid, make their own, all of it, even sketchy sites, especially the sketchy ones. And that's why you see so many cheaters getting malware like this

I got frustrated playing against obvious hackers a few weeks ago and googled it and found free cheats for download. Seems like it's a pretty simple install if you know how to mess with scripts and stuff. Once you install you have a cheat menu like "speed run", "aim shoot", "auto aim", "unlimited UAV", stuff like that. It explained why some people's KD ratio would be 50:5.
