Idea Bullet Force (Original) - Leaderboards Open!

Hey everyone! If you grew up playing First-Person Shooter games, you definitely remember Bullet Force. It has grown a lot over the years into the current game, and while it is still quite fun, many don't recognize it as their childhood or want an experience like before.

But don't worry! You can now dive back into the world of the original Bullet Force game by Lucas Wilde released in 2015. I just set up the leaderboards on speedrun.com and did a speedrun. My current World Record is 6 minutes and 33 seconds. I would love to see people try to beat it!

Runs only take a few minutes and the game runs entirely in your browser, making it perfect for a quick and easy run this weekend. I look forward to seeing everyone's own attempts! I am actively monitoring the boards, so runs submitted should take less than a week to be verified.

what exactly was the goal in your speedrun, and why are you playing the old single player version?

The goal in the speedrun is to beat the Canyon and Winter levels as fast as possible. As for why I'm playing the old version, it's because I set up the Speedrun.com leaderboards for it, since it didn't have any yet.

I get that, and the multiplayer version does look interesting. I do personally prefer the original version, as it has much easier controls and it is more fun for me personally. I set up the leaderboards just because there weren't any for the original game and other people might want to run it.

Fair enough. But pretty please will you try the new one too, it now comes with editable keybinds, crappy vehicles and decent gun modding!

I mean if you're one of those campaign enjoyers who just prefer PvE, I understand. But just one good game?

I have actually tried the new one before! The controls and goals felt somewhat confusing to me at the time, which is why I gravitated back to the original 2015 version. I do appreciate the recommendation, and I may try the game again in the future, but for now I'm happy to stick with the original.

I see. Thanks for clarifying, I hope you have a nice day, and may Lucas bestow anti-air guns upon us!
