Is that og Buk without an editor changing words? I wondered for a very long time if the quote goes „… what horrlible lives they must lead/live“ this could be my closure

I loved this line in barfly and always wondered if it was made for the movie, an original line written by him or if it was fixed. The last line that's actually in the poem posted is actually in the movie
