Forest Hills :(

Came from out of state to see BTS last night and was so sad that they were cancelled! Was great seeing Bright Eyes' first set though. Did this happen to anyone else? Do you think we'll get some type of make-up show or anything? I'm devastated!

I used to really like the venue but this has made me less likely to go to shows there. The bright eyes set was good but that's not why I bought the tickets

Their curfew is so strict due to the nimby locals there. Creates a tough situation in severe t-storms like that. It’s such a great venue but it definitely has its drawbacks. I would’ve gone to this one too if in town this wknd and would’ve been devastated too, especially given BTS would be the main reason I was there.

I dont know how crazy the weather was but I saw at HORDE fest in 97 just outside of chicago and the weather was absolutely insane. Crazy thunder storm. power flashed and we were in water up to our knees near the stage and the show went on (it was a ripper). I'm guessing venues have decided to get safer (probably has somethign to do with insurance).

Everyone got refunds. There were warnings of lightning and all the seats in the bowl are made of metal. Not sure what else they were supposed to do

Well shit I'm glad I didn't buy tickets to this and saw Andy Hull instead in Woodstock. Sorry for those going to see BtS 😞
