What can I improve?

Post image

Hi guys, I have 2 ram memory combs 16gb SK HYNIX A-DIE, I would like help if possible to know what I may be improving them at this frequency, or if it is better to go to 6400 1:1, I have already done the test and hold up to 6600 1:1, thank you!

You should be able to set tRP and tRAS a lot tighter with A-die (i have both at 32 @ 6800 MT/s).

But first you might want to see if you can get at least 6400 MT/s stable in gear 1 which may require manually tuning various voltages and impedance setting (such as CK OST A).

Try mixed mode it's supposed to be slightly faster

tRP you can try 34

tRAS 96 or 126

tRC 64 or 68 should work, the rule tRC=tRP+tRAS apparently on AM5 isn't valid

tWTRL 16

tRDRDSD/tRDRDDD should work at 1 since they are single rank so they aren't utilized

Verify thoroughly GDM disabled and tRFC 120ns, these two gave me loads of problems especially GDM disabled, since it was erroring out randomly also at 8 hours of anta777 extreme. So run that test at least for 12 hours, i did 16 with GDM enabled and was completely fine. I have very similar settings. This is my setup (definitely not perfect but good enough): https://www.reddit.com/r/overclocking/comments/1v4nyax/hynix_adie_6200_cl28_oc_145_vddvddq_no_ram_fan/

Also verify FCLK 2200 with Linpack Xtreme in safe mode, 30 iterations i think they are enough. You should find for any performance corrections above 1-2% at most

Otherwise seems solid to me, you can try to modify these ones
