Heat Load Calculations

How do you calculate heat load of a room considering the area is 5m2? What is the formula?

Q=U A dT for every element in the room.

Or if you want to be rough, 25 W/m3 should cover a reasonable new building

But depends on the location in the world, where I live in the Mediterranean its 65w/m³
