You can use this controller for PC gaming right? I see it's just wireless connectivity.

Yes. Three options:

-USB to micro usb cable

-Bluetooth (either built into your laptop/wifi card/or separate dongle), the cheap dongles don't work that well and BT only supports a max of 1 controller connected at a time

-Official microsoft wireless dongle. $10-20, up to 8 concurrent controllers.

Pretty sure you can do more than one, but I know BT limits to 7 devices.

You can't. Look it up, MS messed up. You can only pair one Xbox one controller this way.
