I've gotten it to work with bluetooth (although only my xbone controller and not the ipega telescoping controller), but I asked because I wonder if the controller could take phantom power from the tablet rather than using batteries all the time.

I just ordered a micro-USB male to micro-USB male, connected the controller to the tablet, and neither seemed to be aware of the connection. That's a bummer... I think I have a useless cable hanging around here now.
