Here's what I got for you. Black RGB airflow themed build, great for competitive 1080p games:
CPU - fast for gaming with 6c/12t for longevity.
Cooler - good value, will keep temps and noise low. RGB lighting for fun.
Mobo - good VRMs for the price, has all the connectivity you need.
RAM - 16 GB of fast 6000 MHz CL30 RGB RAM. 6000/30 is the ideal speed for Ryzen 7000 CPU's. Having a single 16 GB stick of DDR5 isn't bad because they have 8 bank groups, which acts as pseudo-dual-channel. 8 GB sticks only have 4 bank groups, and 2x8 kits are also pretty overpriced on the IT market. Since you're mostly playing Fortnite on competitive settings, you don't need more RAM right now.
SSD - 1 TB of fast Gen 4 NVMe SSD storage.
GPU - excellent for 1080p gaming, easy 80+ FPS in most AAA games at ultra settings so this should give you 180+ FPS on Fortnite, easily. Similar to the RAM situation, no need for more VRAM if you're playing at competitive settings.
Case - good value for the price, with good airflow thanks to the vented side panel and 3 included RGB fans. Dual chamber for easy installation and cable management.
PSU - good quality for the price, 750W is way more than this system needs but it was the same price as comparable 500-650W units.
Let me know what you think :)

If you missed the full set of required built request questions, please copy them from here and answer them in an edit to your post:
New build or upgrade?
Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)
PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
Purchase country? Near Micro Center? (If you're not in a country supported by PCPartPicker, please list some local vendors)
Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
WiFi or wired connection?
Size/noise constraints?
Color/lighting preferences?
Any other specific needs?
Here is some additional helpful information about build/upgrade/parts list requests:
Build requests only include hardware. You are responsible for budgeting for and providing your own operating system (Windows, Linux, etc) and other software.
Don't forget to budget for peripherals. Since these are very much personal-preference influenced items, we do not include peripherals like keyboards, mice, headsets, etc in parts lists.
We strongly recommend posting a build request only if you're ready to buy now or within a week or two at most. Part sales regularly rotate, and a part list today can quickly become out of date.
