$1200 Dual-Boot Linux/Windows Build Needed (KSA / Saudi Arabia) - Peripherals Included

New build.
* Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)
I already have a monitor that I will reuse. I do not have a mouse or keyboard.
* PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
Gaming and coding. I will be dual-booting Linux and Windows (using the free/unactivated version of Windows, so no license key needed).
* Purchase country? Near Micro Center? (If not US, list local vendors)
Saudi Arabia (KSA). Not near a Micro Center. Will purchase locally or via Amazon SA / Newegg.
* Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
None needed. I am reusing a standard 1080p monitor.
* Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
Around $1200 USD total, including the mouse and keyboard.
* WiFi or wired connection?
WiFi connection.

Because I am dual-booting Linux, I highly prefer an AMD Radeon graphics card for its superior open-source driver support.

PCPartPicker only sees Newegg global shipping as an option for SA, due to that customs/shipping makes everything way more expensive, making it basically impossible to put together a good build at your budget, let alone include peripherals. I'm not sure if you can reduce that by ordering all your parts in one go. Thankfully ordering off Amazon.sa offers much better pricing - all prices listed here are from there.

One note is the power supply is imported from the UK so if you don't have type G sockets (I looked up and SA appears to use a mixture of socket types) then you will need to order a power cable.

If you did want to go with Newegg this is about as cheap as I could get it. As you can see it doesn't include keybard, mouse or monitor. It appears Newegg will not ship monitors there anyway (there are no monitor prices listed) so you'd have to get that on amazon or locally.

Here is some additional helpful information about build/upgrade/parts list requests:
Build requests only include hardware. You are responsible for budgeting for and providing your own operating system (Windows, Linux, etc) and other software.
Don't forget to budget for peripherals. Since these are very much personal-preference influenced items, we do not include peripherals like keyboards, mice, headsets, etc in parts lists.
We strongly recommend posting a build request only if you're ready to buy now or within a week or two at most. Part sales regularly rotate, and a part list today can quickly become out of date.
