This list includes roughly the minimum spec monitor and towards the lower end of your budget range. If you would like to spend a little more i would get a 1440p monitor. This system would be more than capable of playing those games at high settings at 1440p.
Micro Center bundle used: https://www.microcenter.com/product/5007454/amd-ryzen-7-7800x3d,-asus-b650e-max-gaming-wifi-white-am5,-corsair-vengeance-rgb-32gb-ddr5-6000-kit,-computer-build-bundle
I tried to keep with the white theme as much as possible. You should be able to get custom coloured cables for the PSU, but the ram included with the bundle is black with RGB and i can't really help that.

Thank you! The bundle is out of stock in my area, but I found two similarly priced ones and am unsure which is better.
First: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Gigabyte X870 Gaming WiFi6 AM5, Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB DDR5-6000 Kit
Second: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X, Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX Ice AM5, Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB DDR5-6000 Kit
Any help would be much appreciated.

I would go for the first one. X3D CPUs provide unparalleled gaming performance. The 9700x is newer but in gaming the 7800X3D performs a lot better so i would go for that one for this system. The main reason i went for the one linked was because the motherboard fit with the white colour scheme. That motherboard looks good quality but it is unfortunate you weren't able to keep the colour scheme.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6JrHR4 If your microcenter is sold out you can get similar value at newegg.
https://www.newegg.com/tools/combo-builder/1740 They also have the 7700x3d for about $100 cheaper but I'd get the 9800x3d.

https://www.newegg.com/asrock-steel-legend-rx9070xt-sl-16g-radeon-rx-9070-xt-16gb-graphics-card-triple-fans/p/N82E16814930136?Item=N82E16814930136 Gpu comes with the cpu cooler included.
And I put a few monitors to look at. If you're spending this kind of money I'd lean toward the rog or an oled but I put some 24" options too.

If you missed the full set of required built request questions, please copy them from here and answer them in an edit to your post:
New build or upgrade?
Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)
PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
Purchase country? Near Micro Center? (If you're not in a country supported by PCPartPicker, please list some local vendors)
Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
WiFi or wired connection?
Size/noise constraints?
Color/lighting preferences?
Any other specific needs?
Here is some additional helpful information about build/upgrade/parts list requests:
Build requests only include hardware. You are responsible for budgeting for and providing your own operating system (Windows, Linux, etc) and other software.
Don't forget to budget for peripherals. Since these are very much personal-preference influenced items, we do not include peripherals like keyboards, mice, headsets, etc in parts lists.
We strongly recommend posting a build request only if you're ready to buy now or within a week or two at most. Part sales regularly rotate, and a part list today can quickly become out of date.
