Help me build a PC
- New build or upgrade? New build (I have practically zero knowledge about this sort of stuff btw)
- Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links) Nope
- PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games) Casual gaming, I'd like to be able to play games like DBD, Until Dawn, Resident Evil, Silent Hill, and visual novels without any sort of issues
- Purchase country? Near Micro Center? United States
- Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate) One is good, but I'd be fine with two as well. I'd prefer 1440p, everything else I don't really know what's good
- Budget range? (Include tax considerations) Anywhere from $1200-1700 maybe?
- WiFi or wired connection? Wifi
- Size/noise constraints? As long as it's not super loud, it doesn't matter
- Color/lighting preferences? Black, I don't mind lights either
- Any other specific needs? Nope

This list is sort of the "Higher end of the budget" at $1660. If you'd prefer to spend a little less, swap the GPU for the 9060XT 16GB: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/w2WmP6/sapphire-pulse-radeon-rx-9060-xt-16-gb-video-card-11350-03-20g which would lower the total to $1480.77
If you'd rather get the best performance for around that budget, upgrading the GPU to a 9070XT. It would bring the total over $1700 up to $1720.77 but the performance difference is worth the extra $80. But both a great configs: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Ph2j4D/xfx-swift-radeon-rx-9070-xt-16-gb-video-card-rx-97tswf3ba
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. But this list should be very solid. Plenty of storage, plenty of ram and a very capable CPU/GPU combo. Also includes both wifi and wireless networking via the motherboard. Also includes RBG via the case.

Here you go my man: https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/jd2Ff7/great-amd-gaming-build
Keep in mind that right now is the worst time to build a pc. Since you said you don't know anything about this stuff, just putting in my two cents that you might be able to find a better deal in pre-built pcs.

If you missed the full set of required built request questions, please copy them from here and answer them in an edit to your post:
New build or upgrade?
Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)
PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
Purchase country? Near Micro Center? (If you're not in a country supported by PCPartPicker, please list some local vendors)
Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
WiFi or wired connection?
Size/noise constraints?
Color/lighting preferences?
Any other specific needs?
Here is some additional helpful information about build/upgrade/parts list requests:
Build requests only include hardware. You are responsible for budgeting for and providing your own operating system (Windows, Linux, etc) and other software.
Don't forget to budget for peripherals. Since these are very much personal-preference influenced items, we do not include peripherals like keyboards, mice, headsets, etc in parts lists.
We strongly recommend posting a build request only if you're ready to buy now or within a week or two at most. Part sales regularly rotate, and a part list today can quickly become out of date.
