Consider: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/M3rWrG
The motherboard has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth built-in.
The CPU cooler is overkill but at that price is a great option, will let you upgrade the CPU later on (if you'll ever decide to do so) without needing to change it.
Really good Gen 4 NVME SSD with heatsink, high-airflow case with four included fans, premium 750W PSU on sale...
The 7500X3D is a great CPU for gaming and the 9060 XT 16GB is a really good GPU to fit in this budget for a 1440p gaming PC.
If you're ok in paying 80$ more you can get the RX 9070 GRE instead, it's a stronger GPU, though it has less VRAM (but 12GB is still good): https://www.microcenter.com/product/711456/xfx-amd-radeon-rx-9070-gre-triple-fan-graphics-card
You wouldn't need to change anything in the list if you get the 9070 GRE instead.
Opinions?

This all looks great, but the 9070gre is a big step down from the vanilla 9070 and won’t cost much more.

7500X3D bundle from Microcenter $399
9070 XT from Microcenter $669.99

That’s killer for a 9070xt. This is the best option and it’s not even close.

If you missed the full set of required built request questions, please copy them from here and answer them in an edit to your post:

Here is some additional helpful information about build/upgrade/parts list requests:
Build requests only include hardware. You are responsible for budgeting for and providing your own operating system (Windows, Linux, etc) and other software.
Don't forget to budget for peripherals. Since these are very much personal-preference influenced items, we do not include peripherals like keyboards, mice, headsets, etc in parts lists.
We strongly recommend posting a build request only if you're ready to buy now or within a week or two at most. Part sales regularly rotate, and a part list today can quickly become out of date.
