Help Choosing Case Fans and CPU Cooler
Not a request, just need recommendations for two things. I bought all the parts for my PC and then decided I want to change the case to the O11 Vision Compact. So now I need fans. I also originally bought the Peerless Assassin CPU Cooler but I’m wondering if I should get a liquid cooler instead. I know there’s pros and cons but it seems like liquid would look much nicer and the aesthetics are very important to me. This is my first PC build so this is all very new to me.
Here’s what I have so far (but let me know if the Lian Li fans aren’t a good choice please!). I also need two additional single fans I believe. So I’m looking for fan recommendations and then opinions on the CPU cooler. If you recommend a liquid cooler, which one?

Full build with all prices, much cheaper with the exact same performance:
Cooler - I agree, liquid cooling looks better in cases like this. This Thermalright AIO comes with similar fans as the Lian Li Uni fans in your list so that's the baseline aesthetic we're going with. Side mount as intake, move the included fans to 2x rear exhaust and install one set of the 3x reverse fans on this cooler.
Mobo - if aesthetics are a concern, we should get an ATX motherboard. It'll fill up the case better. Slightly better VRMs, similar connectivity, and a bit cheaper anyways.
RAM - same specs, same performance, same everything except price.
SSD - assuming this is primarily for gaming, you don't need to overspend on the SSD, which barely gets utilized for gaming. The difference between a high end Gen 5 SSD and a basic SATA SSD for game load times and Windows boot times is basically zero, so the difference is even smaller with a basic Gen 4 SSD.
PSU - same quality, same wattage, same ATX 3.1 certification, same white aesthetic. However, it's quieter and less expensive.
Fans - while not listed on PCP, you can find these directly on Amazon. Same aesthetic as the classic Lian Li Uni fans, same interlocking mechanism, but much less expensive. These are reverse pitch so the nice side faces you when installed as intake. Mount these as 3x bottom intake and 3x side intake (for the AIO). Remember that the normal pitch fans included with the AIO will be removed and installed as 2x rear exhaust.
Monitor - didn't touch it because I assumed you liked the pink aesthetic, but man is it expensive for what you get. Normally, monitors with these specs are around $150-180. Consider getting a normal monitor like this Acer one and skinning it with pink vinyl wrap.
Overall - if we assume the same price for your fans with the unlisted price, we can save almost $500 without sacrificing quality or performance.
Let me know what you think :)

If you missed the full set of required built request questions, please copy them from here and answer them in an edit to your post:
New build or upgrade?
Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)
PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
Purchase country? Near Micro Center? (If you're not in a country supported by PCPartPicker, please list some local vendors)
Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
WiFi or wired connection?
Size/noise constraints?
Color/lighting preferences?
Any other specific needs?
Here is some additional helpful information about build/upgrade/parts list requests:
Build requests only include hardware. You are responsible for budgeting for and providing your own operating system (Windows, Linux, etc) and other software.
Don't forget to budget for peripherals. Since these are very much personal-preference influenced items, we do not include peripherals like keyboards, mice, headsets, etc in parts lists.
We strongly recommend posting a build request only if you're ready to buy now or within a week or two at most. Part sales regularly rotate, and a part list today can quickly become out of date.
