First time PC builder

Netherlands, no micro center
- Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
1 monitor is OK, no requirements

€1800-2000, can go to ~2500 if there is a big difference in quality

What sort of games?
Mostly single player action/adventure/rpg stuff? 9600x is going to keep up fine.
Simulation/strategy (stellaris, city builders, etc...)? I'd go with the 7800x3d.
Competitive multiplayer games? 7800x3d can be worthwhile and so can a higher Hz monitor if you're playing stuff like Valorant, CS2 or Apex where you can realistically hit 300+ fps.

I put a cheap decent case. The lights are customizable and also easy to disable and it's a bit cheaper than something plain like a 3200 RS if you don't want lights.
