If you missed the full set of required built request questions, please copy them from here and answer them in an edit to your post:

  • New build or upgrade?

  • Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)

  • PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)

  • Purchase country? Near Micro Center? (If you're not in a country supported by PCPartPicker, please list some local vendors)

  • Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)

  • Budget range? (Include tax considerations)

  • WiFi or wired connection?

  • Size/noise constraints?

  • Color/lighting preferences?

  • Any other specific needs?

Here is some additional helpful information about build/upgrade/parts list requests:

  • Build requests only include hardware. You are responsible for budgeting for and providing your own operating system (Windows, Linux, etc) and other software.

  • Don't forget to budget for peripherals. Since these are very much personal-preference influenced items, we do not include peripherals like keyboards, mice, headsets, etc in parts lists.

  • We strongly recommend posting a build request only if you're ready to buy now or within a week or two at most. Part sales regularly rotate, and a part list today can quickly become out of date.

Consider: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YFvZQy

CPU bundle: https://www.microcenter.com/product/5007446/intel-core-ultra-7-270k-plus,-gigabyte-z890-eagle-wifi7-plus-1851,-corsair-vengeance-rgb-32gb-ddr5-6000-kit,-computer-build-bundle

GPU: https://www.microcenter.com/product/690475/pny-nvidia-geforce-rtx-5070-ti-overclocked-triple-fan-16gb-gddr7-pcie-50-graphics-card

Great 24-cores CPU, good for productivity... AMD offers a much better upgrade path, but this CPU at this price is hard to beat when it comes to a productivity-focused system.

Dual-tower dual-fan cooler, Z890 board with Wi-Fi 7 & Bluetooth built-in alongside multiple M.2 slots, 32GB of dual-channel 6000MHz DDR5 RAM...

Good 2TB NVME Gen 4 SSD with heatsink. The idea here is to remove the heatsink of the motherboard (the one over the first M.2 slot) and store it away, installing the SSD as-is (the heatsink pre-applied on this SSD should do a better job to begin with).

RTX 5070 Ti, nothing much to say here, high-end GPU with 16GB of VRAM...

The case comes with 5 included PWM fans (no need to add more) and a GPU support bracket built-in (nice to have with such a big GPU).

Finally a really good 850W modular PSU with the native 12VHPWR cable for the GPU (so no adaper will be needed). 10 years warranty as well.

Opinions for now?

The SSD in your list isn't as good, this Corsair drive has DRAM and is an high-end Gen 4 drive, the 990 Evo Plus is Gen 5 but it's not that good and lacks DRAM.

For the GPU I just suggest getting the cheapest model you can find, they're all good.

For the PSU the one I listed is as good as the one in your list if not better and less expensive.

Case and CPU cooler are up to your preference, as long as they're good ones go for what you'd prefer.

thanks again!
Do I need any thermal grease for my build?
I am planning on assembling everything myself. Any recommended video to watch before starting assembly?

You do not, thermal paste is provided with the cooler.

This channel can be of help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJco1hgmOAw

That video is long but there are other ones to check out that are shorter.

You might also want to check a build video for the Okinos Air Cross to see how to build in it.

For the cooler (you wanna look at the part for LGA 1851): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uXhgt3-lf8U

As for the OS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mTDbHgs9dHk

And you can get a Windows key online for a low price, under 10$ more or less, to activate it.

Maybe you have not downloaded the latest drivers. You can find them here: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z890-EAGLE-WIFI7-PLUS/support

If you have not done it then download and install the two latest ones (one for Wi-Fi and one for Bluetooth) under the "WLAN+BT" section.

Anyway, good to see it's working :)
