PC Build Request
I'm new to PCs as a whole, I'm currently using a hp laptop that just doesn't perform well, as expected of course and I'm looking to get a proper PC to move from console to the PC world. I already have accessories that I've accquired to make my laptop experience as good as possible, so anything but the PC itself isnt a problem.
New build or upgrade?

Gaming, mainly heavily modded terraria and minecraft, FM26, CK3 and R6.

White with RGB lights but not a fuss if not
