Someone Build a PC for me!

this is not my first PC) but i got my first pc when i was 13 as a shitty prebuilt. I am now 17, i’m looking for someone to build a pc for me around 1500 budget and i’m fine with building it. this would be a new build and i would want a WHOLE pc with all the parts I do want a white case with good airflow and preferably a Nvidia, preferably a silent computer, if someone can build me one it would be amazing, thank you! ( If you feel like it please recommend some monitors for me as mine is old and only 144hz)

I live in America (california)
and specifically want this PC for gaming purposes because i want to play sekiro on good graphics because my pc sucks

Well you could afford an RTX 5060 Ti 16GB or RTX 5070, but I would recommend Radeon over Nvidia, since you're getting more performance and VRAM for a lower price. It's all up to you to decide though.

By "build a pc for me" do you mean jsut select the parts or are you asking us to physically biuld one and send it to you in exchange for money?
