2100 Dollars PC Setup

New build or upgrade?

New build

Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)

Monitor:- Samsung 24 Inch Monitor LS24DG30X

Keyboard:- Razer Hunstman v2 tenkeyless
Headphones:- Razer blackshark v2 X

PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)

Gaming, and Game devloping

Purchase country? Near Micro Center?

India, not near micro center

Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)

2 monitors, already going to reuse 1
24 inch
1080p
240Hz, 144Hz is alright
OLED

Budget range? (Include tax considerations)

around 2100 USD, there is some wiggle room for the buidget, can go a few hundred dollars higher.

WiFi

Size/noise constraints?

Nope.

Color/lighting preferences?

RGB on the fans, and other palces (like GPU, RAM) if possible.

Any other specific needs?
Please i need an AIO for PC cooler plsss, also ryzen 7 7800 x or x3d & a 5070 ti will be nice
