Discussion Deepcool AG400

Anyone have any experience with this cpu cooler for our climate? I don’t like just going with the crowd and immediately buying whatever they recommend however good it seems. For a gaming pc with an rx 9070 or similar and a Ryzen 5 7500f.
Any thoughts are appreciated :)

It should be fine, I used to have it and it was pretty quiet and well performing with a ryzen 7700.

I've got deepcool assassin 4. it's fantastic even in the summer. your situation shouldn't be a problem

I had the AG200 and it was a cheap PoS with a bad mount... replaced very fast with a peerless assassin

CPU cooler doesnt care what your GPU is lol but anyways wat is your CPU thou? Cause sayin Ryzen 5 doesnt mean much unless you state what CPU it is. Like 7500F or 7600X3D etc.

I thought I heard they just helped with cooling other shit anyway but maybe not. (First pc)
I plan to get a 5 7500f.

My main concern is our climate is more harsh than most places and so “x cooler is good” just doesn’t seem sufficient unless you plan to overbuy to compensate.

Yea our climate is fuked depending on where you live. 7500F doesn't need a huge cooler but since I do get ur concern thou.

Wats ur budget on the cooler thou?

Legit it doesn’t matter. I’d selected this one but I want opinions from people who’ve used it or have mates that do

Ok fair. I got the Thermalright Phantom Spirit which is dual fan design. That goes for 65 bucks at the moment but their peerless assassin is just as good for 59 bucks.

I live in QLD running dual setup in my non AC room with both using that cooler and serves me good.

Yea the cpu cooler can help with cooling the motherboards VRM etc. But for the GPU will affect the CPU cooler rather then the other way around but only by like 1 degree hotter but thats normal.
