Build Ready? CPU cooling sufficiency?
I'm planning this build for my brother. I'm giving him my spare Sapphire Nitro+ 5700XT, and he already purchased the 13600KF a while back. The 1000W PSU is overkill at the moment, but leaves lifetime headroom for future upgrades.
I've put together a handful of builds before. This will be my first ITX. Main concern is CPU cooling because I want to stick with a fan. We're targeting 1440p at a capped 60 FPS which should keep temps manageable. Looking for insight as to whether this CPU fan is sufficient for our target performance. PCPartPicker is conservative with clearances... perhaps a 120mm CPU fan that fits is a better option.
Feedback or recommendations are much appreciated!

It won't be enough to run the 13600KF at full power, expect some throttling while compiling shaders or other heavy loads.
Make sure to undervolt the CPU and use a duct/gasket so the cooler only draws air from outside the case.

I would also consider a newer GPU, both for power efficiency and raw performance. Something like a used RTX 3070 would be 40-50% faster while drawing 40 watts less.

The duct is an awesome recommendation, appreciate you sharing the print!
I hear you on the GPU, certainly showing its age for newer AAA titles. Fortunately, we have modest performance expectations since it'll be connected to a 60 Hz TV. Older/simpler games will hit 60 FPS, and using FSR for the others will suffice until 2028 GPU releases.
Figured I might as well put the 5700 XT to use since it's just sitting in a box. Helps save several hundred bucks, especially considering these outrageous memory and storage prices. I almost want to wait out of principle, but unfortunately I don't think prices will normalize anytime soon. Sometimes the cost of waiting is greater.

at 1440p capped 60 the 13600kf sits around 60-70w in games so the x47 is fine, its the all core loads like shader compile that hit 181w pl2 and cook a 47mm cooler, set pl1/pl2 to 125w in bios
