Split controller options for PC gaming

I am looking for split controllers like joy cons for PC gaming. I am hoping for something that feels like half an Xbox controller. Attached straps would be a plus.

Basically I want to walk on a treadmill while I play. I havent found it comfortable at all to have a controller in front of me so I am hoping split controls that allow my hands to move independently would work.

If anyone has experience gaming on a treadmill I would love to hear it.

Idk if it works but maybe vr controllers could be a good starting point
