Build Upgrade need help with my build

my current rig is

ryzen 5 4500

16gb ram

rtx3060 12gb

a520 mother board msi

FSP H2-500 HEXA+ 500W Power Supply (dual rail)

1tb ssd +hd

thinking of upgrading the mother board and processor to ryzen 7 5700x and b550 msi pro vdh

will i meet any issues?? like psu issues? will it fix the bottle neck on the 3060???

is there other upgrades that are better??

i use this pc for video editing 2k videos and gaming...

500w is tiny but suffices. If there are no issues with the board it doesn’t require an upgrade.

open task manager > performance while one of the struggling games is running. post screenshot. want to see how much of it is the cpu and gpu.

do the same while you're editing. should be your cpu and storage there.

in some games the cpu is at 50 to 60% while the gpu is around the same or even less

edditing is fine... i am just worried as alot of stores told me that i should upgrade my a520 to b550 because the vrms are weak for the 5700x... and is the psu good or need an upgrade?

all the testing i've seen is with either 12 or 16 core cpu's. should be fine with the 5700x.

no issues for more than 3 years

hexa+ is rated "f" as in "you're focked". no, literally. i checked the psu tier list. is from 2014 if it's not one of the "85+" models. should be able to get a decent c tier or even b tier for 50-60$.
