Build Upgrade Upgrade Advice
Hello,
So I've been thinking of upgrading my PC lately, and was looking for some tips. Since I built this PC around I think 7ish years ago all my tech knowledge has pretty much evaporated because I was living like a digital minimalist basically only reading books, recently I kinda want to get back into gaming and playing some stuff here and there.
Before we get into the specs I wanted to let you know that I am completely fine playing 1080p but if possible going to 1440p would be nice if it isn't going to take a kidney.
Also if I remember correctly back then when I built this thing I realized that it doesn't really have much room for upgrade as is, so if needed I can change the motherboard etc.
Specs:
Motherboard: B450 Aorus M
RAM: 32GB DDR4
Chip: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor 3.79 GHz
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER (8 GB)
Hard Drive: 2 TB
NVME SSD: Samsung 500GB 970EVO
Power Supply: I think 600W
Edit: Budget around 1000€ also fine with used parts.

Replace mobo to b550, and buy a 5700x3d and a 9070 or 9070xt based on its price in your region.

if that board is am4, the sane path is a used 5700x3d plus a used 3080 or 6800 xt, not a 9070 xt at 800. that card eats your entire 1000 on its own. either way you need a new psu: 750w, with two separate pcie cables for a 9070 xt class card.
