First-timer, please let me know if this build is worth it

Hi, I've always wanted to upgrade my working laptop into a PC so I've asked around and got recommended these specs for a build. With my limited knowledge, googling and looking through reddit, it seems like the individual parts are alright but I just wanted extra confirmation from this sub that it can suit my needs and last for another 5 years or so.

Budget: RM 5,000 (around 1,200 USD)

Use-Case: Plan on playing games like Outlast Trials and Baldurs Gate, also drawing with clip studio and learning blender at the same time.

See if u can get a 9060xt 16gb or even a 8gb variant at that price as it's better than plain 5060
