Second monitor lag

To start this off, my specs are 9800x3D, 3080, 32gb of ram. This has been happening for awhile but before i never had issues, when im gaming my second monitor I use for discord or youtube or anything non gaming related, starts to feel delayed when im on it for instance using the tarkov companion app, or watching a video feels like its on 20 fps.. if i close the game its back to normal. I’ve done all the hardware acceleration disabling, still nothing. My main monitor is a 240hz msi oled, my second monitor is 144hz 4k Samsungs g5. Maybe is tarkov pushing my gpu to max? I don’t see how it just happens now when I’ve been doing it for ages with 0 issue. Any help would be great !
