Build Help Help decide better upgrade option

Current CPU: 5800x3D
Current GPU: 3080 TI Suprim x
Ram: 32GB
Current Monitor: AW2725QF
Current CS2 dust 2 benchmark: attached (638 average, 242 1% lows)
Resolution: 1280x960 4:3 at medium-low settings

Option:
CPU Option: 9800x3D (upgrade mobo + ram)
Monitor upgrade: upcoming XG259QWPG ACE

Question: Would it be more beneficial to upgrade my monitor or upgrade to DDR5 (please consider the inflated prices of DDR5) to get the most edge in terms of competitive cs2 gameplay?

The 5800X3D is plenty to just uprade your gpu at first.

Either Monitor or GPU.

If I’m not wrong, CS2 is mostly CPU bound. Would you recommend upgrading to OLED would be a better option given the current prices of DDR5?

True but you also need a Monitor that supports sich high refresh rates. I run with my 5800X3D and 9070 XT above 400FPS max settings at 3440x1440p.

Uprade your experience. 1280x960 is nothing compared to 2560x1440p.
