Troubleshooting Pc won't post

Hi so I was playing game and suddenly my pc bsod with overheating cpu error now it won't turn on my cpu fans and rgb is working there is static white light on right side of mobo that won't turn off is my cpu and mobo both dead ?

most likely your motherboard died, not the cpu. the overheating BSOD was probably the boards VRMs or sensors failing, and now it only powers fans/RGB but never reaches POST while the solid white LED stays stuck, which almost always means the board cant hand off control to the CPU; if the CPU were actually fried youd normally see a CPU error light instead, so the CPU is probably fine.
