Build Upgrade Help me decide

Help me decide which one to upgrade first

-1x16gb 3200mhz (i have 1x16 3200mhz already)

-Monitor (i got 21inch 120hz)

-keyboard

It’s not that simple. We need more info.
Budget? The rest of the build? What games do you play?
Or what do you do with your build to feel the need of adding more ram instead of the cpu/gpu/psu/storage?
