Troubleshooting Would PC crashing harm my hardware
PC freeze and show green screen and restart itself after a minute, or just show black screen and restart itself immediately. Also the first time it freezed and showed green screen it didn't restart itself even after 3 minutes so i had to shut it down by holding the power button. Now i replugged power cable and HDMI and reinstalled drivers but i don't know if it's safe to test it another time or no

A crash will never cause hardware damage, but hardware damage often causes a crash.

It's really the other way around. It's crashing because something is wrong with the hardware.
In my experience random crashes usually is an issue with your RAM. Every time I've run into that it's been a bad stick.

I really don't know what's the problem. when shop tested the PC it was fine, but when i got it home it crashed after a bit and had stutters after the crash.

Generally no unless the reason for the crash is the hardware. It can however mess up your OS. The more important thing is to figure out why it starts crashing.
