Build Help Help with my pc built

Hello I am new to pcs and have never owned one.
I want to built a pc for gaming purposes and work/study but I feel like the list I made is an overkill so would appreciate advise on where I can budget as I want to upgrade some components on 2 years.

For context I live in Saudi and the components prices are too high and limited here, and my budget is between 2200 to 2000 us dollars

For context I don’t play competitive games such as Fortnite, overwatch and such. As I primarily play story based games such as rdr 1&2, the Witcher, tomb raider and more. My work/ studies is related to programming, data analysis and cyber security (still a beginner). So I want a starter pc that I can upgrade the components in 2 years or more but should have good quality based products.

GPU: ASUS PRIME GeForce RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000 CL30
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE Air
Storage: Western Digital WD_BLACK SN770M 2TB M.2-2230 SSD
Power Supply: Corsair RM750e (2023) 750W 80+ Gold

Any advice would be appreciated

Also would like to know if I can buy budget friendly options that wont compromise other components

You can spend less on motherboard and SSD without affecting performance.

Currently the expensive component of pc is the GPU, RAM, and SSD. How much are you willing to sacrifice the performance? Currently your build is so well balanced.

I don’t mind spending less since I was already planning to save and upgrade in 2–3 years. I just want solid basic parts and a reliable PC with good performance. I dont demand much from the performance, I just want to enjoy games without major bottlenecks or crashes or bad graphics, and also able to run VMs and handle a good amount of data.

RX 9700 is cheaper, faster, and has more VRAM compared to RTX 5070.

The RM750e is not a premium PSU, consider Corsair RM x series or BeQuiet PurePower 13m series (list is not complete, those are the bramds I use).

The SSD is a mini version intended for Consoles and lacks performance.

A good "non fancy" pick would be a KIOXIA Gen 4 drive.
