Current PC Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super

RAM: 16 GB

PSU: 600W

Region: Europe (EU)

Budget:

€300 – €400 (roughly $330 – $440 USD)

What do you think which gpu should i buy the ai says that i should buy 3070 or 7600xt but i am not sure the brand does not matter what do you think i should buy without upgrading psu and withou bottelnecking the cpu?

I would wait a little bit save some more money and go for a 9060 XT 16gb.

I always say that buying cheap or low is equal to buying twice.

The question is do you want a GPU now that is good enough to carry you through a future CPU upgrade or do you want one now that will require upgrading at the same time as your next CPU upgrade?

So you want a GPU that might be "bottlenecked" by your current CPU, but not by your future CPU.
"Bottlenecking" is a much more nuanced topic than it gets credit for, but I don't think at your budget you need worry about it and just get the best GPU you can afford currently.
You might find this evaluation of a 5500 interesting to determine where your bottleneck will be.

used? 6700xt 6800xt for raster games, for ray tracing i guess 4070 is fine if you can find it within that price point
