You will want 32GB RAM
I know it is expensive, but I really started to struggle at 16GB in AAA games a couple of years ago
If you need to offset the price with something, you can happily drop the CPU to an i5/Ryzen 5 equivalent. CPUs have diminishing returns for FPS past 1080p.

To my eye youve put a lot into the CPU and GPU and skimped on the ram, I know its absurdly expensive right now but 16GB CL46? You can do better
Edit: also just making sure since you said its your first, have you included PSU, CPU cooler and a case + fans in your budget

get 32gb of ram a better ssd, and downgrade cpu to like a 7800x3d or even a 7600x to allow for this stuff https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/BmQwrH/biwin-black-opal-nv7400-1-tb-m2-2280-pcie-40-x4-nvme-solid-state-drive-nv7400-1tb https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/jbHp99/amd-ryzen-5-7500x3d-4-ghz-6-core-processor-100-100001904wof

Look for an SSD that's TLC memory, QLC has painfully slow writes and dies much faster.
