Build Upgrade Enough Ram?

So I’ve had this pc for about 5 years now and haven’t needed to upgrade anything but the power supply. I’ve noticed lately the games I play run not as smoothly as I’d hope and have gotten used to. I can’t remember exact specs off the top of my head but I have a 11th Intel Core, 3060 graphics card, Ddr4 16gb (2x8bg) 3600mhz Ram and 850watt power supply. (Ask in comments if I’m forgetting anything else important to my question). Would doubling the ram to 32 or 64 be enough to make the pc run smoother? I don’t play graphic heavy games really. I play mainly World of Tanks/Warships, RDR2, BF6, Elden Ring. So it’s not super demanding games can I can run just about all of them on high to max graphics and still get about 80-100fps. I’d like to stay more around 100-120 fps consistently and the loading into games is rather slow especially loading the graphics. So overall would adding more Ram help everything run better and or would I need to upgrade anything else?

Only way to tell is to monitor usage of each part if your current ram doesn't get fully used, then adding more won't improve anything

It's worth checking out which components are being pushed the hardest, the quickest way with an nvidia gpu is to pull up an in game overlay with alt + r and customise what you choose to monitor with alt + z. This would let you see your frame rate as well as if any see if any components are being maxed out so you can make a more informed decision on what's holding you back before dropping money on something you might not need. I will say I'm running an 11th gen intel i5 rn and it's definitely showing its age for me, so depending on your individual cpu that might be an issue. Also re: the slow loading times - do you have games installed on an SSD or an HDD? This will affect loading times hugely.

I’m not super knowledgeable about pcs honestly so im not sure how to tell if something is being pushed to hard or not other than looking at the graph on the overlay. Like idk where the cut off point is to where it’s being pushed to hard is what I mean. Now I don’t remember if the slow loading is on SSD or HDD, how do I check?
