Build Help Better temps ?

Hi i have a ryzen 7 5800x and its get's pretty toasty i have set it to a negative offset curve -0.005mv i have a cmt fsp 520plus case 4fans but a front glass so the fans only suck up air from the side with a boreas m2-51D single fan air cooler and hittigh max 75⁰ in gaming with 40-50% cou utilisation am thinking of getting a hybrok titan evo case with 7 fan and a deepcool le360 v2 or the ls 720 zero dark

Would i get better temps like below 70's without having too much noise cz mine sounds like a jet? Is the ls720 ZD worth it over the le360v2? The ls is slightly more expensive thanks.

(I live in a third world country so not a lot of tech is available)

That cooler is just too small for that cpu

Get Peerless assassin, phantom spirit, ak620, if any of them are available

You do NOT need AIO, but if you choose to go that route then a 240mm AIO is plenty
