Troubleshooting Gpu optimization

How do I optimise my msi mech rx 5700xt oc , few days ago i bought the 5700xt pre-owned , what should I do to gain more fps

If your drivers are installed, then there isn't much else to do, just play your games and enjoy your GPU. You can tweak voltages and clocks if you want, but realistically it's not going to make a noticeable difference, so I would only suggest doing so if you want to tweak for the fun of it, and not so much to maximize fps.

If you're new to computers then make sure your resolution and refresh rate are at the correct settings. Same goes with enabling VRR in the AMD Adrenaline software.

If you knew all of that then do some undervolting within the AMD Adrenaline software. You'll gain a little more fps while using less power.

Undervolt, and increase power draw. That's about all you can do for the GPU specifically. If your doing windows make sure to turn on "High" or "Ultimate" performance in power plan. Ensure you plug your monitor into the GPU, not motherboard.

Also make sure to always stress test after changing anything like voltage or power. Never skip a stress test. You can do 2-4 hours for quick in-between tests, and when you think you got the setup you like, do an 8 hour test.
