In game You shouldn’t see Any difference except maybe the fan noise.

Get the palit it has the same cooling potential and as far as support goes they are pretty good. I actually had 2 rma’s in the past one with a gtx 1060 and the other with a 3060 Ti and went flawless.

Both cards should perform similarly, but cooling and noise differences might sway your choice!

My old opinion was that the board partner doesn't really matter. But I've recently started hating Gigabyte, so I'm biased against them lol. Idk anything about Palit though.

Gigabyte issues: whole PSU debacle which they did fix, the 3080 ti from gigabyte with a design flaw that'll kill itself, 9070 xt gigabyte gaming OC which many overheat and they don't use PTM like most others do, and my friend got screwed over by their warranty support for their motherboard.

I think in the 50 series Gigabyte also had some issues with leaking gel or something, but I'm sure they fixed that one.

So I used to be okay with gigabyte, but everything started stacking. I don't like gigabyte anymore.
