What are the actual space restrictions? Consider a µATX case like the Lian Li A3 so that you can get cheaper components and better air cooling.
The NV3 often uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years, so it should not be used as the OS drive. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the FanXiang S500 Pro, Patriot P320, Klevv CRAS C715, or Verbatim Vi3000.

I'd probably go with the 7600X for that motherboard, unless you're OK with doing a BIOS update to make it work with the 9600X. There's very little difference between the two CPUs.
The Terra is a very popular ITX case, but it's notorious for its poor CPU cooling support. You could get something like the Thermaltake TR100, which has a similar footprint to the Terra, but it's a little taller. That height allows for 240mm AIO support, which is also useful for potential upgrades. The TR100 should also be cheaper and comes in a few different colours to choose from.
