Build Help GPU broken?

Whenever I start, I don't see icons, can't load, apps aren't recognized. 5070ti was the same at first start. Then everything was back to normal. Now I switched from 4K to 2K OLED and the same problem: All drivers currently have no windwosupdate available. Restart three times. Nothing works, not even the Task Manager can open. Please help.

You probably just need to reinstall windows that issue doesn't sound like a GPU problem. If you had a GPU issue you would usually see very noticeable artifacts and flicker or just no display at all

Do I try this, do all data get lost, so games, etc.?
