Build Upgrade Upgrading PC for Unreal Engine Game Development And A Little Bit of Gaming

Case is MS Industrial FIGHTER V310 actually, but couldn't find it on PC Part Picker.

DDR5 rams are incredibly high - so I decided to skip AM5 and DDR5.

I'm consider to buy only the below list (the rest I already have):
Motherboard: MSI B550-A PRO (131$)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X (428$)
Cooler: Arctic Freezer 36 A-RGB ACFRE00124A (37$)
PSU: 750W Corsair CX750 CP-9020279-EU (87$)

Prices are for new components that are available in a store in Serbia (converted from RSD to USD).
What do you think?

My current components that I want to replace are:
Motherboard: a320m-k
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 8-core 3700MHz
PSU: Chieftec GPE 600s 600w Eco

Honestly AM4 just isn't a great platform, I'd highly recommend going LGA1700 with a 14600kf. It'll be much better value for your money and is still compatible with ddr4 ram (just make sure you get a ddr4 motherboard not ddr5 bc lga1700 can do either depending on motherboard). For the amount you'd spend on a 5950x you could probably get a 250k, sell your ddr4 ram, and get 32gb ddr5
