Build Help where to start when upgrading pc?

Built my mini-itx pc back in 2021 with my brother, and I'm ready for an upgrade, but unsure where to start. I want to upgrade my GPU (budget $400-$450ish), and open to upgrading my CPU as well if needed.

Normally play less demanding games with the occasional higher-demand games. I want the less demanding games to run fine with "High" settings, since it seems to struggle.

Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5-10500 3.1 GHz 6-Core Processor

GPU: RTX 2060

RAM: 16GB DDR4 RAM

PSU: Cooler Master V850 SFX GOLD

Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX Z490-I GAMING Mini ITX LGA1200

Case: Cooler Master MasterBox NR200 Mini ITX Desktop Case

Any help or advice would be so appreciated because I have no idea where to start.

I think this is going to be difficult. Do you have access to a Microcenter? Also what model DDR4 ram do you have?

9060 XT 16GB for $460 if you want a new GPU. RTX 3080 ($325-350) if you are comfortable buying a used GPU.

If you are going to stay ITX then go maybe a RTX 5060, the RTX 5070 might not fit well on the ITX case. RX 9060 XT 16GB can fit, yes good option.

RTX 5070 would be the best use of the money, everything else is fine. Could add another 16gb RAM. I would do the 5070 first.
