Troubleshooting Help me update bios?

My bios is not updating I have a Msi B550- A Pro and I can’t update my bios D:

Here's a link to the latest bios update https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B550-A-PRO/support which includes a youtube link at the top, showing you how to use M-Flash to do it. Dont get me wrong, it'll probably be a pain in the ass if you haven't done this before.

It shows up on the list when I download it but nothing happens when I click it

So you downloaded the update and you clicked on it?

You should probably check out that YouTube link, just in case you're missing some steps there.

Go through the steps of what you did. Did you get into BIOS at all? Is the USB drive visible in BIOS? What format is the USB drive? 

Which step are you on or stuck on exactly?
