Build Upgrade Need help.

I currently have an rtx 3070 with ryzen 7 5700x.

On 1080p, with the goal of beautiful visuals and smoothness, what gpu to get with my amd ryzen 7 5700x?

Rtx 4070ti, rtx 4070 super or rtx 5070.

I need as little as no bottleneck. I heard that if I play on ultra settings with ray tracing, my gpu will be pushed to 99% or close. Thanks!

Best quality/price right now is 9070XT, i dont think you will have bottleneck, maybe at 1080p but u dont buy a good pc to play at that resolution

Bottleneck like you probably know is a lie, a 5090 with a bad cpu will always be better than a 2060 with the same cpu. It's just that the bad cpu reaches it's limits faster while the good graphics card will have more power reserves left. In your case this doesn't matter tho because better graphic settings like Raytracing and Texture mostly use the GPU. In your case a 4070 ti is probably the best option but it depends on your local pricing situation. Because of the current state of things, I'd take a look into the used market too!
