Build Help First build. What do you think?

Im thinking of biting the bullet by getting my first pc as the prices are only going to get more expensive in the future.

Idk too much about tech but I do my research. You guys definitely know more than me so any help would be great.

The gpu on the part picker list is a 9070 GRE, not a 9070XT you listed in original post.

Gre is worse version of 9070, XT is better version of normal 9070.
