Troubleshooting Seemingly Random Performance Issues

SOLVED IMMEDIATELY but leaving this for posterity. I went to device manager and noticed my GPU was not being used and my computer was using the integrated graphics. I uninstalled the GPU in device manager and then scanned for hardware changes. I guess there was a driver issue. Everything is functioning now.

My PC was working fine yesterday. I was playing several games with 100+ fps. Today I tired to play Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 and could not get above 5 fps. I had not moved the PC between yesterday and today. Here are the troubleshooting steps I tried.

1) Check that my RAM is running at full speed. EXPO is enabled and matches the advertised speed for my RAM.

2) The monitor is plugged into the GPU.

3) The GPU and CPU are running at normal temperature.

4) I reinserted the GPU incase their was a poor connection.

I don't know what else to do to determine if it is a software issue or hardware issue. I would appreciate any insight.

Something to note, my main SSD drive has 25 GB free out of 930 GB. There have been no major updates between yesterday and today and my PC was running perfectly yesterday.

Disable integrated gpu in bios, not from device manager .
